I became an Educator because
I enjoyed working with children and wanted to ensure they received the same quality education that I received. I wanted to inspire them to reach for the stars and have high expectations for themselves. I wanted them to have the experience of having a Black male as their teacher. I didn't have a black male teacher until I was in college.
